<p>Kaposi`s varicelliform eruption (KVE) is a disseminated cutaneous infection with herpesvirus type 1 or 2, vaccinia virus, coxsackievirus A16 in patient another underlying dermatosis. When 2 the pathogenic term ‘‘eczema herpeticum’’ (EH) used, independent of dermatologic diagnosis that preceded eruption. Presenting case generalised pustular psoriasis who while on immunosuppressant therapy cyclosporine developed KVE 3<sup>rd</sup> week therapy. Based nature and bed side Tzanck smear test he was diagnosed as Psoriasis herpeticum. He treated oral acyclovir for 15 days complete resolution lesions. rarely occurs psoriasis. It more often those patients are like methotrexate, etc. A high index suspicion needed managing skin eruptions known psoriasis.</p>
